SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

To develop business application based on requirements traceability matrix, technical design specification (TDS) documents, UAT, modeling requirements using Functional Decomposition, Data, JAD sessions, Brain Storming techniques, work flow design and analysis. Creating Flow Diagrams, User Context Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Workflow modeling, Use Cases, Use Case Model Survey and Use Case Specification, Process Modeling & Prototyping. Perform analysis of the business and impending solutions and develop Functional, Non-Functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, need expertise in Change Management, Request Management, Knowledge Management, designing & configuring Configuration Management Database Systems (CMDB), Asset Management, Security Information Event Management (SIEM). Create and maintain business process models, Collaborate with Information Security SMEs, Attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Extensive process and data modeling skills. May travel various anticipated location across USA.

Must have Master’s in Business, Management, Engineering, Science & 3 years of experience or Bachelor’s in above mentioned & 5 years of experience.

PROGRAMMER ANALYST

To design business application based on gathered requirement. Design and create Documentation for the proposed system by creating technical documentation, mapping documents, Functional Documents. Design, develop and test processes for validating and conditioning data to maintained test documents (UAT), System Testing and integration Testing. Experience in writing complex SQL queries to profile data in the Cloud Platform & Databases, Able to create data models, Develop Business Reports using Power BI and Tableau, writing Python scripts for data manipulation. Experience in creating report using Qlikview and Tableau. May travel various anticipated location across USA.

Must have Master’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Professional studies Analytics, Information System, Computer Application & 1 year of experience or Bachelor’s in above mentioned & 5 years of experience.
